Refund policy

We understand that sometimes the colour or fit of a garment isn’t as you expected it.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means just let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. After that, you’ll have another 14 days to send the items back to us.

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days.

Please remember that we’re a small business selling made to order limited edition garments, so we operate very differently from a fast-fashion brand which might have shelves stacked high in different sizes. If you’re unsure about sizing please check this page first

In more detail…

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. That means it will be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you are returning an item that was received defective, damaged or in error, and that return is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

If your return is because you have changed your mind about an item or because it doesn’t fit, and that return is accepted, you will have to cover the cost of postage. We’ll let you know how and where to send the package.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and get in touch immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If your garment goes on to develop a fault over time, get in touch and we’ll try to help. This won’t apply if we deem the damage to be due to excessive wear and tear or accidental damage, or if the item has been customised or altered in any way by the buyer after purchase   

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post your refund.
